BUS/LIMO POLICY

We appreciate your interest in visiting The Tasting Room at Blue Barn Cidery with your bus/limo group. We are committed to ensuring all of our guests have a memorable and safe experience during their visit to the Tasting Room. In order to best accommodate all guests, we have some guidelines for groups visiting via bus or limousine service. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following information:

  • All parties arriving on a hired passenger carrier, like a tour bus or limousine, must register with Blue Barn Cidery at least 24 hours before arrival. Please note that any unregistered or same day groups will be allowed at the discretion of management based on the occupancy of the tasting room.

  • Registration of your group/bus/limo is NOT a reservation. Registration does not guarantee a tour, tasting, dining, or a reserved seating space. We will do our best to accommodate for your group with a reserved section of tables, however please note that seating is first come, first served. To guarantee a seating reservation, registered groups must visit The Tasting Room during the following hours: Fridays 3-5pm, Saturdays 1-3pm, Sundays 1-3pm.

  • If you plan to visit multiple breweries/wineries/cideries/bars on the day of your visit, we recommend that The Tasting Room at Blue Barn Cidery be an early stop on your itinerary. Visibly intoxicated guests will not be admitted into The Tasting Room, regardless of group registration.

  • Everyone wishing to purchase alcohol must be at least 21 years old and have a valid form of photo identification. Acceptable forms of ID include: U.S. Driver License, Military ID, U.S. ID Card, or U.S. Passport. The following forms of ID are NOT acceptable and guests will not be served: any expired document, any altered document, Non-U.S. Driver License or ID (except passport), any paper form of identification. Individuals with an out-of-state Driver License should be prepared to show at least 1 other form of identification.

  • No outside food or beverages of any kind are allowed. This includes packaged food and coolers.

  • Please act respectfully when you arrive at our Tasting Room. Anyone creating a nuisance or disrupting other guests in the Tasting Room may be asked to leave.

  • If we observe any individual demonstrating obvious signs of intoxication while in the Tasting Room, they will be denied service of alcohol for the remainder of the day. If a separate individual provides alcohol to the intoxicated individual, the alcoholic beverage will be disposed of and may result in your group being asked to leave the Tasting Room.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and assistance in keeping The Tasting Room at Blue Barn Cidery a fun and safe place to enjoy with friends and family.
