Revival Rosè is a seasonal cider, a dry and beautifully balanced blend of culinary apples, fermented on Cabernet Franc and Blaufrankish grape skins.

We began production on this cider in early 2020 before the world shut down. Originally scheduled for a big Spring 2020 release under a different name, plans changed when the Tasting Room was closed due to the pandemic. Instead, this cider was named Revival Rosè as a nod to our hopeful reopening and return to our place in the community even better than before.

Revival (n.): restoration to life, consciousness, vigor, strength, etc.
