Brief Overview
Blue Barn Cidery seeking a motivated team member who has the skills and drive to assist in the success of our growing Tasting Room in Hilton, NY. Candidates must be hard-working, and be able to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assume responsibility for greeting customers, operating a POS system, restocking and maintaining cleanliness of the Shop, and working as a member of a team. This position requires a self-motivated and disciplined individual who is focused on helping the team succeed with a positive attitude.
Skills & Qualifications
Must be punctual (show up for work on time as scheduled)
Have a positive attitude and be committed to the success of the team as a whole
Preference is given to candidates with prior experience
Must be able to lift 25 lbs
Must be 18 years old or older with a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
Salary & Hours
$16.00/hour
Part time
Scheduled Wednesday-Sunday
MUST BE AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS

Position Responsibilities
MUST have strong communication skills
Communicating with customers in person and on the telephone
Operating POS system
Handle daily tasks including sweeping and mopping, maintaining cleanliness of establishment
Restocking the shop and working as a member of a team
