Jasper's Cut is a seasonal cider that’s semi-dry and crisp cider with a light oak and whiskey finish. It’s one of the drier cider we produce, and it measures up at 5.5% ABV. What makes this cider unique is that we start with a base blend of 6 apples, which we then age in spent Whiskey barrels!
