Vendor Application Period: August 11 - September 1, 2023

Our annual CiderFest is right around the corner! Blue Barn will invite vendors on Saturday, October 7th, and Sunday, October 8th. CiderFest revolves around everything Fall! Blue Barn’s Sugar & Spice hard cider, sweet apple cider, harvest-themed cocktails, cider donuts, fresh baked goods, apple picking, pumpkin picking, & more!

Vendors are strongly encouraged to incorporate the Fall/harvest theme into their products and/or packaging. Vendors who are able to exhibit this in their application have a higher chance of being accepted. 

The vendor application period is open from 8/11/23 - 9/1/23. Please read the application details below before completing your application. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Event: CiderFest

Vendor Dates: Saturday, October 7th & Sunday, October 8th

Time: 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

Set-up Time: 8:30 am - 10:00 am

Cost: $50 per booth (10’ x 10’)

Application Details:

  • Deadline to submit: September 1st

  • Applicants will be notified with more information on September 8th

  • Booth fees & commitment form due on September 15th

  • Incomplete applications will not be considered 

  • Vendors must be able to produce enough products to sell for the duration of the event

  • Accepted vendors will be required to submit:

    • Certificate of Authority​

    • DBA, LLC, etc.

    • $50 booth fee
